Newsletter Information

The Presbytery of Greater Atlanta Newsletter is a monthly electronic publication distributed at the end of each month. Its purpose is to inform congregations, clergy, and ministries of local news, events, resources, and stories related to the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Submitting an Article or Event for Publication 

If you have an article or event that would be great for the newsletter, send us an email! Please note that all article and event submissions are subject to our approval process. Items may be submitted by congregations, clergy, partnerships, or other ministries with presbytery-related news.

Submission Guidelines

  • Deadline: 3rd Monday of the month for that month's newsletter. If you would like an item repeated in a consecutive newsletter, please send an email reminder.

  • 200 words or less

  • Include a title, author, and the author's title (e.g. Serving Together in Honduras, by John Doe, Pastor of Third Presbyterian Church in Conyers)

  • Please submit articles in Word (.doc, .docx) format. PDF and other newsletters formats cannot be accepted.

  • Graphics or pictures are encouraged. Please include images as email attachments, not embedded within the Word document.

  • Submit articles to Mark Sauls at msauls@atlpcusa.org
